Voice Capture

Rev Voice Capture brings media files and supporting documents to your Rev account through simple and efficient workflows.

  • Record on the go with the Rev app.
  • Record with your computer using the account-based voice recorder.
  • With shareable clips, you can extract just a portion of your audio and transcript to share with others or use with insights. 
  • Use the Meeting Hub and AI Notetaker for automatic meeting capture with calendar integration.

File Management

Rev allows you to take a deeper dive into your files and how you use them.

  • Rev simplifies organizing files via workspaces and folders.
  • Use Multi-file insights to extract information from multiple audio and video files and documents at once, with citations back to the source files. Rev Insights is currently in beta.
  • Use AI Prompts and AI Chat to understand a recording without reviewing it manually.
  • Use Rev Agent in Rev Insights to draft and edit documents from your files and to analyze images, with citations back to the source. Image analysis is available on the Pro and Enterprise/Unlimited plans.
  • Share files, manage access, and set limitations.
  • Collaborate as a team by adding members to your account.
