You can place an order for any of our services by uploading a local file, or multiple files, directly from cloud services such as Google Drive, Box, Dropbox, or OneDrive.
Transcription
To place an order for human transcription using files stored in a cloud service (Dropbox, Google Drive, Box, etc.,) visit the Transcription Checkout page and click the purple Upload Files button.
On the next screen, you can choose to securely connect to your Google Drive, Box, Dropbox, or OneDrive account. Click the name of the cloud service in the left menu, then click the purple Connect button to authenticate the connection.
Once your account is connected, all available files in your cloud account will appear in the Rev interface. Choose which file(s) you wish to have transcribed, then click VIEW/EDIT SELECTED in the lower right corner. Confirm all files have been added, then click the purple Upload button in the lower right.
Once you've uploaded your file(s), you can select any of our optional Transcription Add-Ons.
Click the purple Checkout button, enter your payment information, and click Place Order to complete the process. After your order is placed, you can add glossary terms and speaker names to your order.
Please note, your cart is cache-based so it can only be seen from the browser it was uploaded from. You will not be able to see your cart items if you try to access them on another browser or device or if you clear your browser's cache and cookies.
Captions
To place an order for captions using files stored in a cloud service (Dropbox, Google Drive, Box, etc.,) visit the Captions Checkout page and click the purple Upload Files button.
On the next screen, you can choose to securely connect to your Google Drive, Box, Dropbox, or OneDrive account. Click the name of the cloud service in the left menu, then click the purple Connect to ... button to authenticate the connection.

Choose which file(s) you wish to have captioned, then click VIEW/EDIT SELECTED in the lower right corner. Confirm all files have been added, then click the purple Upload button in the lower right. You will then be taken to the checkout page to complete your order.
Once you've uploaded your file(s), you can select any of our optional English Captions add-on services.

To place an order for global subtitles using files stored in a cloud service (Dropbox, Google Drive, Box, etc.,) visit the Global Subtitles Checkout page and click the purple Upload Files button.
On the next screen, you can choose to securely connect to your Google Drive, Box, Dropbox, or OneDrive account. Click the name of the cloud service in the left menu, then click the purple Connect to ... button to authenticate the connection.
Once your account is connected, all available files in your cloud account will appear in the Rev interface. Choose which file(s) you wish to order global subtitles for, then click VIEW/EDIT SELECTED in the lower right corner. Confirm all files have been added, then click the purple Upload button in the lower right. You will then be taken to the checkout page to complete your order.
When the file has been uploaded, choose the language(s) you require from any of Rev's Available Languages for Global Subtitles and the output format you wish to receive. You can always download other formats later, so don't worry too much about which format you choose.
Click the purple Checkout button, enter your payment information, and click Place Order to complete the process.
