Chat with Support

Want to reach a live person on our support team? Here's the fastest way:

1. Type your question into the chat box. For example, "I want to talk to a person," or just describe what you need help with.
2. If the answer you get back doesn't fully solve it, type your request again right in that same chat (in the chat box at the bottom where is says ask follow-up). That's how you connect with a member of our support team.

Essentially, live chat is only available if you ask for it as a follow-up to your first question. If our assistant can't resolve it on the first try, simply following up in the same conversation with a request to chat with support will get you to a real person.
