Clio Integration
Rev’s Clio integration lets you import audio, video and document files from your Clio matters directly into Rev, so you can transcribe, caption or analyze them without downloading and re-uploading them. Files move one way only, from Clio into Rev. You can’t send Rev transcripts, captions or other files back to Clio yet, so download them from Rev and save them to Clio yourself.
The Clio integration is available on Pro and Enterprise/Unlimited plans. On Free and Essentials plans, Clio appears in the upload menu but is grayed out until you upgrade.

Import Files From Clio
- On your Home page, under Other ways to upload, open the Select integration menu and select Clio.
- Browse your Clio matters and select the files you want to import.
- Continue to place your order, or let the files transcribe automatically if Auto Transcribe with AI is turned on.
Imported files appear in My Files like any other upload.
What You Can Import
Clio imports follow the same file type and size limits as other uploads, so some files in your Clio account may not import. If a file doesn’t import, Rev shows which files failed. For supported formats, see Add, Manage, and Share Files.
Disconnect Clio
To disconnect your Clio account, go to Account Settings > Integrations and select Disconnect next to Clio. Files you’ve already imported stay in My Files.
