At this time, it's not possible to merge transcripts for separate files within your Rev account. A workaround for merging multiple transcripts is to use a word-processing app and add all the transcripts.
You can open the first file, and then select Insert or Import to add additional text files.
Merge Transcripts In Microsoft Word
Download the transcripts you'd like to combine from your Workspace page.
- Open your primary document in Word
- Select the Insert tab.
- Select Object and click on Text from File from the drop-down menu.
- Select the files to be merged into the current document. (Press and hold Ctrl to select more than one document.)
Documents will be merged in the order in which they appear in the file list. To use a different order, select and insert each file individually in the desired order.
