We'd hate to see you go, but if you wish to close your account with us, you can do so quickly by navigating to your Account Settings and selecting Close Account.
Account closure is permanent and cannot be undone. Please ensure you have backups of all your files before closing your account.
To close your account, the following must be true:
- You have no pending/in-progress orders
- You have
- a single account with no outstanding balance or,
- are an authorized user or authorized manager on a shared account
Once you click Close Account, a confirmation modal will appear. You must type CLOSE (case sensitive) and click on CLOSE ACCOUNT FOREVER to confirm the closure of the account.
If you have a positive balance on your account, the balance will be forfeited.
