How do I close my account?
We'd hate to see you go, but if you wish to close your account with us, you can do so quickly by clicking into Account Settings and selecting Close Account.
**In order to close your account, the following must be true:
- You have no open orders
- You have a single account with no outstanding balance OR are an authorized user or authorized manager on a shared account
Once you click "Close Account" a confirmation modal will appear. You must type CLOSE (case sensitive) to confirm closure of the account.
