Your subscription can be managed from a single page, making it easy to quickly access and update important information. 

You can click on your name in the top right corner and select Manage Subscription from the dropdown menu to navigate to your Plan Management page. Here you can view the current details of your plan, change to a different plan, update your payment method, and cancel your paid subscription. 

On shared accounts, only the Admin and Billing Manager can access Billing and Subsct

Change Payment Method

Click on your name in the top right corner and select Manage Subscription from the dropdown menu to navigate to your Plan Management page. Under Billing and Payment, you can see your current card saved to your subscription. You can click on to change your card details. 

 

Download Invoices

Click on your name in the top right corner and select Manage Subscription from the dropdown menu to navigate to your Plan Management page. Under invoices, you can find a list of past invoices with the payment dates and amounts. To the left of each invoice, you can click on to download that invoice.

 

Upgrade Or Downgrade Your Subscription 

Click on your name in the top right corner and select Manage Subscription from the dropdown menu to navigate to your Plan Management page. Click the Modify Plan button under your current plan details.

On the Subscriptions page, you can see your current plan and Switch to a lower plan or Upgrade to a higher plan. 

Switching to a lower plan may result in reduced features or user limits.

 

Cancelling Your Subscription

Click on your name in the top right corner and select Manage Subscription from the dropdown menu to navigate to your Plan Management page. Click the Cancel Subscription button under your current plan details.

Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation. You may be asked to provide a reason for canceling.

After cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to all features and data until the paid subscription period ends. After the billing cycle ends, your account will revert to a free plan.

You may lose access to certain features and stored data if you do not export or back up your files before the end of the subscription period.
