The credit card used to pay for your monthly subscription can be different from the credit card you use to pay for pay-as-you-go services such as human-verified transcription and captions.
Please ensure you are updating your credit card under the correct section in your account.
To update the card that pays for your monthly subscription, click on your name in the top right corner and select Manage Subscription.
Under Billing and payment, click on Update to change your card information.
If your subscription has been cancelled due to non-payment and you are unable to edit the card on your account, please reach out to support@rev.com.
You can add or edit your credit card used to pay for services not included in your monthly subscription under Payment Settings in your account.
To access payment settings, click on your name in the top right corner of your account and select Account Settings. Under account settings, select Payment Details.
You will be asked to confirm your login information before proceeding. Once you've done so, you can add your card information and click the purple Save button to add it to your account.
If you already have a card on file, you can update or delete your card information. If you're having trouble editing an existing card, try deleting the old card entirely, then adding the new one. This will usually resolve the issue. You can delete a card by clicking the purple Delete link, which will appear next to the Edit button when a card is already on file.

For legacy account owners who are invoiced, you have the option to use the card on file to automatically pay your balance each month. When you add your card, check the box next to Pay off balance with this card automatically every month to enroll in Auto Pay.
