Bulk Discount
Rev offers two kinds of discounts: bulk discounts for customers with recurring volume or large projects, and subscription discounts on human-generated services for customers on a paid plan. This article explains who qualifies for each and how to get them.

Who qualifies for a bulk discount?
Bulk discounts are for customers with recurring volume or a large project. Eligibility and pricing are decided by our sales team, based on your expected volume and the services you need. Small or one-time orders usually don't qualify, but you can still use the pricing calculator in our Request a Quote article to estimate the cost.
How do I request a bulk discount?
- Go to the Contact Sales page.
- Fill out the form with your expected monthly volume, the services you need, and any project details.
- Our sales team will follow up with you.
If your company already has a contract with Rev, contact your account manager instead.
Subscription Discount
Paid Rev subscription plans include a discount on human-generated services, such as human transcription, captions, and subtitles. The discount depends on your plan and whether you pay monthly or annually:
- Essentials: 3% off with monthly billing, 10% off with annual billing
- Pro: 5% off with monthly billing, 15% off with annual billing
- Enterprise/Unlimited: custom discount, set when you work with Rev’s sales team

If you subscribed to a legacy plan, your discount percentages may be different from those listed above. To see the details of your current plan, go to Manage Subscription in your Rev account, or contact Support.
