How to use Rev's pricing calculator

To begin, open the pricing calculator here. The pricing calculator has two main sections. The left is where you will enter the information about your requirements, and the right side is where the details of your quote will be displayed.

Select your industry. You do not need to select an industry to view the price estimate, but you will need to select an industry to email your pricing estimate to you.

Select a service: Human Transcription, AI Transcription / AI Captions, Human Captions, or Global Subtitles.

You can only price one service per quote.

Enter the duration of your files. If you have more than one file, add the minutes together.

For example, two 1-hour-long files would be 120 minutes.

Select any add-ons you want. The available add-ons depend on the service you chose.

If you are ordering Global Subtitles, this step is where you will select the languages you need.

Quote Details

Your estimate appears on the right side of the calculator. It includes a cost breakdown and an estimated turnaround time.

Turnaround times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

To have the estimate emailed to you, enter your email address and select the option to send it.

A confirmation page appears when the email is sent. The email usually arrives within a few minutes. If you don't see it after 30 minutes, check your spam folder.
