Account Based Voice Recorder

The Rev Voice Recorder can be accessed in your account to record in-person audio. You can record a new audio file in your browser and then order transcripts with that file.

If you close the recorder, refresh the page or navigate to another page before saving your recording will be unretrievable.

To open the Voice Recorder, click on +New in the top left of your account and then select New recording.

When you're ready to start, click on **Record**.

Once you've started recording, you can pause/resume your recording as needed. You can see a preview of your transcript as the audio is recorded to the right of the recorder.

When you are done, select **Save and Close** to save your audio file.

A progress bar will display while your recording is converted and saved to your account. It is important to not refresh the page or close the page while the recording is being uploaded.

Once your recording is uploaded the online recorder will reset to start a new recording. You can find your saved recording in your account under My Files.
