SSO
Single sign-on (SSO) lets your team sign in to Rev with your company's identity provider (IdP) instead of a separate Rev password. Rev supports SSO using SAML 2.0, with identity providers such as Okta, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and OneLogin.

Who can use SSO?
SSO is available on Rev's Unlimited plan (formerly called Enterprise), no matter the size of your organization. It isn't available on the Free, Essentials, or Pro plans. To learn more about the Unlimited plan, talk to a Rev specialist from the Rev Pricing page.
How do I set up SSO?
Rev's team sets up SSO with your IT team, so you don't turn it on yourself in your account. Contact your account manager to get started. If you don't have an account manager, contact Rev's Sales team.
Rev works directly with your IT team to configure SSO for your account and tests sign-in with them before your team starts using it.
What changes for my team after SSO is turned on?
Once SSO is set up for your email domain, users with an email address on that domain must sign in through your identity provider. They can't sign in or create an account with a Rev password or with Google or Apple sign-in.
Your identity provider's security settings, including multi-factor authentication, apply when your team signs in with SSO. Rev's own two-factor authentication setting doesn't apply to SSO sign-ins.
SSO on its own doesn't add people to your organization. To require new users with your email domain to join your organization when they create an account, ask your account manager about Domain Claiming. See the Domain Claiming article.
Need help with SSO?
Contact your account manager. You can also email Rev Support at support@rev.com.
