Domain Claiming
Domain Claiming lets your organization claim ownership of your company’s email domain (for example, yourcompany.com) in Rev. Once a domain is claimed, people who create a Rev account with an email address on that domain are asked to join your organization’s Rev account. Domain Claiming is available on the Enterprise/Unlimited plan and works together with SSO.

What is Domain Claiming?
Domain Claiming ties your company's email domain to your Rev organization. It helps keep everyone at your company in one organization, so admins can manage users and billing in one place instead of across separate accounts.
Who can use Domain Claiming?
Domain Claiming is available on the Enterprise/Unlimited plan. It is not available on the Free, Essentials, or Pro plans. To learn more, talk to a specialist.
What do I need before a domain can be claimed?
The domain must already be set up for SSO. If your organization isn't using SSO yet, see our SSO article first.
How do I claim a domain?
Rev’s team sets up Domain Claiming for you. Contact your account manager to get started. If you don’t have an account manager, contact the Rev Sales team.
What happens after a domain is claimed?
People with an email address on your claimed domain must use SSO to sign in or create an account, and they can’t bypass SSO by signing in another way. When someone creates a new account with that email address, they are asked to join your organization’s Rev account, and they can’t create a separate account with that address. Your organization’s admins are notified by email when a new person joins.
Can I change or add a claimed domain?
Contact your account manager to make the change.
