Premium Transcription
Premium transcription focuses on a higher level of quality rather than turnaround time. Premium transcription orders take longer than our standard transcription service and Rush cannot be added to a Premium transcription order.
Shorten Turnaround Time
The shorten turnaround time setting allows us to return your longer files back to you even faster than before. With this setting enabled, longer files (over 30 minutes) are split into smaller segments for simultaneous work by multiple transcriptionists. Once completed, we stitch your file back together and deliver it to you in one seamless file. This is a free service that can be toggled on or off within your account settings.
The benefits of using this feature are faster delivery times with up to two times faster delivery, which is especially helpful for larger files. The downside of using this feature is that uncommon terms and speaker names may be inconsistent across segments (e.g., ‘speaker 1’ may be assigned a different person in each segment).
To turn this feature on navigate to your File Preferences tab under account settings and click on Edit next to Transcript Settings.
Enable the checkbox next to Shorten turnaround - up to 2x faster.

Turnaround time can vary depending on the language selected and whether or not we're creating the English captions (you have the option to provide an English .srt file at checkout if you have this available, which will speed up the process).

AI Transcription and Captions
AI transcription and captions orders are delivered within minutes. If you are placing an order with a URL, there may be a delay in delivery if we experience any problems accessing the link or if the link contains a large file.
Rush My Order
Transcription and caption orders can be rushed to speed up the delivery of your order. The Rush option can be applied at checkout prior to confirming your order.
Rush cannot be added to an existing order.
With Rush added to your order, all files in your order are delivered up to 5x faster than our standard turnaround. Files are prioritized for completion and completed by our top transcriptionists. Unlike instant first drafts, the rush transcript you receive will be the polished, human-completed version.
To order a Rush Transcript, select the checkbox next to Rush My Order after your file uploads at checkout.
Rush is not available for Premium Transcription.

Factors That Can Influence Turnaround Times
We understand how important deadlines are. While our turnaround times aren't guaranteed, we make every effort to get your order back to you by the estimate that was given at checkout. If your order is taking longer than anticipated, it may be due one of the below challenges.
File Length
Our turnaround estimate is for clearly recorded files that are less than 30 minutes in length. If your file is longer than 30 minutes, it may take longer to complete. We recommend using the estimated turnaround time for your file length as a guideline.
Audio quality
Recording quality greatly impacts turnaround time. Sometimes a recording isn't able to be done in ideal conditions, and factors such as background noise, static, low volume, heavy crosstalk, and other audio challenges can factor in. Our team strives to deliver accurate files for these recordings, and that does mean it may take a bit more time.
Challenging content
If your file contains a lot of niche terminology, it might take longer to research to ensure the content is being accurately captured. Our glossary feature is a great option for these types of files and can really help speed up the turnaround time. Glossaries can be added during the checkout process.
Accents
The majority of our team is based in North America, so files that are heavily accented might take longer to complete.
English Captions for Global Subtitles Orders
If we're also creating the English captions as a part of your subtitle order, these must be done prior to any translation work. In the future, if you have an English SRT file available, we encourage you to include this at checkout to help speed turnaround.
Global Subtitles Language
