Whitelisting An Email

Whitelisting is the process of adding an email to an approved sender list, so emails from that sender are never moved to the spam folder. When a recipient whitelists an email address, they are confirming that they know and trust the sender.

We recommend whitelisting our domain, Rev.com, if you are experiencing issues with not receiving emails from us.

Most email providers have the option to add a domain or email address as a filter to always be sent to your inbox. If you are registered with a company email address, your IT department may need to add Rev.com to your domain whitelist for you.

Gmail

Log into your email via Gmail and type the name in the search bar. You will be presented with a form. In the From line type the email address/domain. Select Create filter with this search from the bottom right.
