SaaS Platform

New Features

Smarter Google Drive Uploads

Our platform now remembers your Google Drive authentication between visits. Once you’ve connected your Drive, you won’t need to sign in again for future uploads, making the process faster and more seamless.

Multi-File Insights

Analyze multiple transcripts at once and uncover connections you never saw before. Extract key information across different conversations or spot contradictions or patterns between interviews. Stop jumping between files and start seeing the bigger picture.

Feature Enhancements

Expanded Media Upload and Playback Support

We’ve broadened the range of audio and video formats supported by our file uploader. You can now upload nearly any media file compatible with our transcoder (ffmpeg), including AAC, M4A, MP3, WAV, FLAC, MP4, MOV, and more. If a file format isn’t supported by your browser for playback, you’ll now see a clear message: “This media format isn’t supported by your browser.” This ensures smoother workflows and greater flexibility when uploading files from mobile or other sources.

Clip Sharing Made Better

Jump straight to the action with clips that play from the exact timestamp. Right-click anywhere to access clip tools on the fly. Download clips or share direct links with colleagues with one click. Plus clips are now also saved as files for easy reference. Your best clips deserve the spotlight—now they have it.

Improved Microsoft Account Linking

We’ve enhanced the reliability of Microsoft account connections by using a more consistent method to retrieve your account details. This resolves past issues with missing email addresses and improves fallback handling when certain fields are unavailable. All existing linked accounts continue to work as expected.

Bug Fixes

Mobile App

Feature Enhancements

Smarter Mobile App CTA Logic

We’ve updated the Home page so the “Download the Mobile App” prompt will no longer appear if you’ve previously signed in through the mobile app. This change helps keep your experience personalized and uncluttered.

Better Storage for iOS Recordings

On iOS, recordings were previously saved to a cache folder that could be cleared automatically—sometimes even before a file finished uploading. Now, recordings are saved to the documents directory by default, ensuring they remain safe until successfully uploaded.
