A prepaid balance can be added to your account to use towards paying for orders.
A prepaid balance cannot be used to pay for a monthly subscription. Your subscription payment method can only be changed under Manage Subscription.
You can add a prepaid balance under the Payment Details tab in your account settings by clicking on Add to balance.
Enter the amount you want to add followed by your card or PayPal details.
Please note that prepaid amounts are strictly not refundable.
