Deadline:
Our Rev Call Recorder will be shutting down, and support for the app will end on October 31st, 2025.
Protect and back up your files:
You MUST download any recorded calls prior to this date. Our support team will not be able to recover them. Any files submitted as transcription orders should be available through your Rev.com account via the website.
Recordings at risk:
If you uninstall the app, restore from backup, or upgrade to a new device, you may lose any recordings that don’t have an order placed.
New devices:
The app will not restore on new phones (e.g., iPhone 17). The icon will appear grayed out and cannot be reinstalled or updated.
Existing tokens:
You can continue using any tokens you’ve already purchased to place orders. However, no new token purchases are available.
Credit cards on file:
If you have a card saved on file, you can still use it to place orders.
