Shared accounts, or teams, allow multiple users to place orders using a single billing method. They also make collaboration a breeze.
Click on your name in the top right corner and select Manage Subscription from the dropdown menu to navigate to your Plan Management page. This is where you can add, edit, and remove users.
User Seats
When you sign up to VoiceHub, you have one user seat included with your subscription. You can add additional user seats* to add team members to your account.
Think of a user seat as a placeholder. Each seat you add, adds an extra subscription based on your current tier. For example, if you're on a Basic tier ($14.99/mo for 1,200 AI transcription minutes) you'll pay an additional $14.99/mo and gain an additional 1,200 AI transcription minutes for every seat you add. You can then add users to your account for each user seat.
* Pay Per Minutes accounts and Free Subscription tiers cannot add user seats.
Add User Seats
Click on your name in the top right corner and select Manage Subscription from the dropdown menu to navigate to your Plan Management page. Under Users, click on .
On the pop-up menu, you can select the number of seats you want to add. Based on the number of seats you select, the monthly cost and prorated cost for the current month will be displayed, along with the charge dates. When you are ready, you can check the confirmation box and click on Add Seat to confirm.
Remove User Seats
Click on your name in the top right corner and select Manage Subscription from the dropdown menu to navigate to your Plan Management page. Under Users, click on .
On the pop-up menu, you can see how many seats you currently have and how many you can remove. You can only remove seats that are not assigned to a user. Enter the number of seats you want to remove and then click on Confirm. The changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
User Roles and Permissions
All users on a team must use the billing method on file, and only the account Admin and Billing Manager can update this payment method. This also applies to prepaid balances and invoice payments which can only be added by the account Admin and Billing Manager.
Viewer
Viewer users have limited access primarily for viewing and commenting on shared transcripts and summaries. They cannot create or edit transcripts or access advanced features like AI Blocks.

- Viewing shared transcripts and summaries.
- Adding comments and annotations to shared documents.
- Accessing shared workspaces and files for viewing purposes only.
Member / Contributor
Member users have access to most of the features needed for their daily tasks but do not have access to admin-level settings. They can create and use AI Templates*, record and upload files, order transcripts, and view and edit their transcripts.
Members can only see other members in the workspace. Added Members cannot see the credit card information on file, but they do have the ability to place orders.

- Recording audio and video.
- Ordering transcripts (AI and Human).
- Bookmarking and annotating transcripts.
- Viewing and editing their own transcripts and summaries.
- Accessing shared workspaces and files.
*Access to AI Templates is limited to your Subscription Plan.
User Manager
User Managers have all the same abilities as Members but can also view all members of the organization, add and remove members, and view billing information.
Billing Manager
Billing Managers can edit the payment method on file, view billing information, and make payments to Rev on the organization's behalf. Billing Managers are not able to change user roles or revoke teammates.
Admin
Admin users have full access to all features and settings within Rev's platform. This includes creating and managing AI Blocks*, accessing all transcripts, setting up integrations, and configuring account-wide settings.
The account Admins serve as the gatekeepers. Admins can limit the ability to view and edit certain users by choosing who to designate as User Managers. Admins can add all levels of members to the account and assign other Admins.

- Setting up and configuring integrations (e.g., calendar, meeting platforms).
- Accessing and managing all workspaces and files.
- Viewing and editing all transcripts and summaries.
- Managing user permissions and roles within the organization.
*Access to AI Blocks is limited to your Subscription Plan.
Add Users
Click on your name in the top right corner and select Manage Subscription from the dropdown menu to navigate to your Plan Management page. Under Users, click on .
On the pop-up menu select the role you want to assign to the new member and enter their email address. You can add more than one email address at a time by separating each one with a comma. Click Invite Users to send an invitation to the new user. They will receive an email with instructions to join your Rev account.
Edit & Remove Users
Click on your name in the top right corner and select Manage Subscription from the dropdown menu to navigate to your Plan Management page. Click on the ellipses (...) to the right of the person's name. In the user settings menu, you can change their role or remove them.
If you click on remover user, you'll need to confirm that you want to permanently remove that person from the account.
It's important to note that removing an account will close that user's Rev.com account. Please be sure you want to do this before removing a user.
