Yes, we offer a unique HIPAA-specific VoiceHub subscription plan to meet this need. This specific subscription enables HIPAA-compliant features for the users within that account. 

 

HIPAA-Compliant VoiceHub Features

The HIPAA subscription plan provides the majority of VoiceHub's core features that are available to users of the standard plans.

  • Automatic Summary Generation
  • Summary Builder
  • AI Captioning
  • Domain Claiming

 

Some of the features from our standard plans have been either removed or modified to further comply with HIPAA Privacy and Security Rule requirements. 

  • We have executed BAAs with our data subprocessors
  • Paste URL option removed from upload and checkout options
  • AI processing only; no human services
  • Embedded transcripts and summaries have been removed from delivery notification emails
  • Modified transcript-sharing access that prevents public sharing

 

How to Sign Up

This package is not available through general access, so you will need to speak with someone in sales to get the ball rolling. You can either email support@rev.com to speak with support for any last-minute questions, or fill out this form to contact Sales directly. A few last minute considerations to keep in mind:

  • HIPAA-compliant VoiceHub is offered at the enterprise level
  • A Master Service Agreement (MSA or MNDA) and a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) between you (or your organization) and Rev are required before we can move forward with setting up the account
  • This plan is annual billing only. A month-to-month plan is not yet available for HIPAA-compliant subscriptions
