After checkout, why do I have to create a separate account to manage my subscription?
- We are using a standalone billing system called Chargebee to manage this pilot, which means the Chargebee account you create will allow you to manage your subscription at any time. -
How soon will I receive access?
- Setup of your membership can take up to 1 business day after payment submission. In the meantime, you are still welcome to place orders at our $0.25 / min rate -
How do I place an order?
- You can use Rev’s automated transcription checkout as normal. Each time you proceed through checkout, you will see a price of $0 for your order. -
Will I still be able to pay $0.25 per minute for automated transcription orders?
- If you sign up for a membership, you will not be able to pay $0.25 / min for automated transcription until you cancel your membership. -
How do I cancel my membership?
- After checking out you will have the opportunity to create an account for our membership billing portal. If you choose not to create an account immediately after checkout, no problem - you can always do so by visiting the membership billing portal and clicking on “Get your signup link here”
Once logged in to the membership billing portal, you will have the option to cancel your membership at any time.

What happens after I cancel my membership?
- After you submit your cancellation, you will maintain access to your membership until the end of that billing period, unless otherwise requested via email. Please allow up to 2 business days for your account to reset to our normal $0.25 / min rate. If you must place an order before we can reset your pricing, please do so at the $0.00 / min rate and you will not be charged for this order.

What happens when I hit my usage limit?
- If you exceed your usage limit for more than 1 month, we will simply email you to ask you to upgrade your plan to the appropriate tier going forward. Failure to upgrade may result in revocation of your automated transcription membership. If your membership is revoked you will still be able to place orders through our automated transcription service line at $0.25 / min going forward. -
How do I upgrade / downgrade my plan?
- In the membership billing portal, you can change your plan at any time.
For upgrades to a higher tier, the change will take effect immediately and you will be charged the difference. For downgrades to a lower tier, you will be credited a prorated amount based on # of days remaining in the billing cycle that can be applied to future months.

How long will the pilot test last?
- The pilot test will run indefinitely, but we retain the right to revoke memberships and end the pilot at any time. If we plan to revoke your membership, we will notify you via email.
