How do I resolve an issue with Rev Pro Usage Dashboards?

Long Load times

The load times of Usage Dashboards are currently longer than we’d like. Our team is working on making them faster and updates should come very shortly.

Usage Dashboards rely on a third-party cookie to authenticate you as a user. If your browser does not allow third-party cookies, please enable them in your browser settings. This also means that by default you cannot access dashboards through a private browser (e.g. Google Chrome Incognito). Please see the following sections for instructions on how to enable third-party cookies in the most popular browsers.

 

How to Enable Third-Party Cookies on Google Chrome

As a Google Chrome user, to enable third-party cookies visit your settings

Search for “cookies” and select either “Allow All Cookies” or “Block third-party cookies in incognito”

If preferred, you can alternatively enable exceptions for Rev.com in Google Chrome.

 

How to Enable Third-Party Cookies on Firefox

As a Firefox user, to enable third-party cookies visit your settings

Search for “cookies” and select the “Standard” option

How to Enable Third-Party Cookies on Microsoft Edge

As an Edge user, to enable third-party cookies visit your settings

Search for “third-party cookies”, select the “Manage and delete cookies and site data”, then deselect block third-party cookies

How to Enable Third-Party Cookies on Safari

As a Safari user, to enable third-party cookies visit your preferences

Navigate to the “Privacy” tab and turn off “Prevent Cross-Site Tracking” and “Block All Cookies”
