How does the Rev Pro Usage Dashboard work?
Overview
Rev Pro Usage Dashboards enable account owners and managers to make better business decisions with less effort through a self-serve view of your most important usage data. Dashboards are organized into two primary sections:
- Usage
- Turnaround time performance
Usage Dashboard
The usage section features the following metrics:
- Total Spend
- Orders Placed
- Saved on List Price
- Time Saved
- Total Spend by month and service line
- Spend breakdown by item type
- Number of Orders by month and service line
- Minutes Processed by month and service line
- User Breakdown of Spend, Orders Placed, and Minutes Processed
You will be able to filter the usage data using the following fields:
- Workspaces (for workspaces beta accounts only)
- PO Number
- Reference ID
- Service
- Time
- Date Range (when the order was placed)
To apply the filter(s) press the refresh button:
Turnaround Time Performance
The Turnaround Time Performance section features a graph of Average Turnaround Time segmented by file length, service line (transcriptions and captions only) and priority (rush or non-rush).
You will be able to filter your data using the following fields:
- Date Range (when the order was placed)

Downloading Data
Individual Charts
For any chart displayed on the dashboard, you can download the raw data by clicking the ellipses that appears in the upper right corner when hovering over a chart:
You can then select your download options:
The following formats are available:
- TXT (tab-separated values)
- Excel Spreadsheet (Excel 2007 or later)
- CSV
- JSON
- HTML
- Markdown
- PNG (Image of Visualization)
We also offer the following advanced options for download
Entire Dashboard
To download the entire dashboard, click the ellipses that appears in the upper right corner of the page and then click the download option:
You can then select your download options:
The following formats are available:
- PDF with options to expand tables to show all rows and arrange graphs in a single column (see screenshot above)
- Zip file of CSVs for every chart / metric displayed on the dashboard
Scheduled Email Reports
Emailed reports of the dashboard can also be scheduled so that you and your team members can stay up to date with your usage.
To schedule reports, click the ellipses that appears in the upper right corner of the page and then click the Schedule Delivery option:
You can then select your recipients and settings, including:
- Recurrence
- Format (PDF, CSV or PNG)
- Filters applied
- Custom messaging
FAQ
Q: How are the various metrics calculated?
Each metric and graph on the dashboard will have an info tooltip next to it that you can hover over to see more about the metrics on the dashboard.
Q: How does this data relate to my account balance and contract?
This data shown on the dashboard only shows usage and does not display account balance remaining or contract details. We recognize that this data is important to many Rev Pro users and we are hard at work trying to make this information available to you as soon as possible.
Q: Does the usage data span all payment methods?
Yes, the usage data includes all payment methods for a given order (prepaid, invoicing, credit card)
Q: How often is the data updated?
The data is updated a few times a day. You can see the latest update time in the upper right hand corner of both the usage and turnaround time dashboards.
Q: How far back does the data go?
The data contains any orders placed on the owner’s account since the Rev account was created. This means any orders placed before converting to a Rev Pro Contract are also included.
Access & Permissions
Q: How do I access the dashboards?
Usage Dashboards are available exclusively for our Rev Pro customers.
For Workspaces customers, dashboards can be accessed in the drop down menu in the upper right part of our top navigation when logged in:
For all other customers, dashboards can be accessed in (1) the drop down menu at the drop down menu in the upper right part of our top navigation when logged in and (2) the left hand navigation menu when logged in:

Workspaces Accounts
Q: Can I see data relevant to each workspace?
Yes, if you are a workspaces enabled customer, you can see the workspaces filter in the filter bar
Q: If I’m using Workspaces, can managers see data for all workspaces?
Yes, similar to our transaction history page all managers can see dashboard data across all workspaces, including the workspaces that they are not a part of. However, they will not be able to see specific order information or content.
