How do I cancel my Rev Live Captions subscription?

You can cancel your Rev Live captions at any time, and your Rev Live Captions subscription will then end after that payment period.

If you are experiencing any service or subscription issues, please contact support@rev.com before cancelling your Rev Live Captions subscription so we can help troubleshoot without affecting your current subscription.

To cancel your subscription:

1. Go to your Manage Live Captions settings.
2. Select "Manage Subscription" in the top right of the page.
3. Select the box titled "Rev Live Captions (Monthly)"
   
   
   
   
4. Select "Cancel Subscription" and confirm your cancellation.
   • Your subscription will be cancelled at the end of your free trial period or current billing period, and you will not be charged for future subscriptions.

Please note: Cancelling your subscription will not automatically remove the Rev Live Captions app from your Zoom Account. To uninstall the app, please follow these instructions.
