How do I upload the file I need to have captioned?

To place a caption order, visit https://www.rev.com/services/closed-captioning-services and click the purple Caption Your Video button. On the next page, click the purple Upload Files button. A window will appear for you to select your audio/video from your computer. You can add multiple files to a single order.

You can either drag your file on the screen or click the Select Files to Upload in the center of the box. Once you've added your file(s), click the purple Upload button in the lower right.

Once you've uploaded your file(s), you can select one of our optional add-on services. Click any service to learn more about it:

• Rush
• Premium Captions
• Burned-in Captions
• Foreign Subtitles

Choose the output format you wish to receive (you can always change this later) and add a reference name to the order if desired.

Click the purple Checkout button, enter your payment information, then click Place Order to complete the process. After your order is placed, you will have the option to add resource information such as scripts and speaker names to your order. This can be done from the order confirmation page.
