My translation has more errors than I expected. How can I address this?
We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed in the translation you received and understand how important accuracy is. We offer free corrections for up to one full year from the date your order was placed.
To issue a correction, visit your Order History page and click the link that says request corrections underneath the green "complete" status bar for the order. We will send this request to our translator right away.
