What formats can I download my translation in?

The format you receive will depend on the type of order submitted to us.

Generally speaking, business orders are returned as DOCX files, and certified orders are returned as PDF files, with a couple of exceptions.

If you place a business order with a PPTX or XSLX file, we will deliver your translation back to you in that same format. All other business orders will be returned as DOCX files.

Certified orders will always be delivered back to you as PDF files, regardless of the format of the file you send to us.
