Do you offer translation corrections?
We offer free corrections for up to one full year from the date your order was placed.
To issue a correction, visit your Order History page and click the link that says request corrections underneath the green "complete" status bar for the order. We will send this request to our translator right away. We want you to be pleased with our service, so we appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to make it right.
A few things to keep in mind:
We cannot guarantee specific phrasing in our translations. Since language is very nuanced in nature, the same sentence can often be correctly translated in multiple ways. Our goal is to accurately reflect the content of your original document.
All translations must reflect the source file. For example, if there is a typo in a name on the original certificate, that typo must appear in the translation as well. We do not add to, delete from, or modify from the source in any way.
At this time, we do not offer currency or grade conversions.
