Can I download my file in a different format?
When you order captions with Rev, all of our caption formats are included for free.
You can download any additional format you need right from our online editor, which can be accessed by clicking the file name on the My Files page of your account. When you click Download in the editor, a pop-up box will appear, and you can choose any other format needed.
If you need to download multiple files in an order, you can visit your Order History page, click the order number for the files you want to download, then click "Download all documents as a ZIP folder" below the list of file names. You will have the option to choose which format(s) you need once you click this link.
At this time we're not able to bulk download across different orders, so you will need to download your caption files at the individual order level. We anticipate adding this option in the future, so please check back with us.
