What file formats can you accept, and how large can my files be?

We accept all major audio and video file formats, including:

• MP3
• MP4
• WMV
• AIF
• M4A
• MOV
• AVI
• VOB
• AMR
• WMA
• OGG
• AAC
• WAV

We can also accept URLs to a file as long as they are publicly accessible and the file is downloadable.

Each individual file has a size limit of 20 GB. We prefer lower-resolution proxies of your video for our work and the smaller files will make it much faster and easier for you to get them to us. We recommend reducing the video resolution to 640 × 480 and using the MP4 format with H.264 encoding. A 30-minute video should be less than 600 MB.

Please note: If your file name contains special characters (hyphens, dashes, emojis, accent characters, etc.) it may fail to process, resulting in cancellation of your order. Please make sure that special characters are not present in file names when ordering.
