How long will it take to get my global subtitles back?

Our translation team will work hard to get your subtitles back to you as quickly as possible, without sacrificing quality.

Turnaround time can vary depending on the language selected and whether or not we're creating the English captions (you have the option to provide an English .srt file at checkout if you have this available, which will speed up the process).

Turnaround time is based on individual file length, not total order size.  For example, large orders with short videos will still be processed quickly.

Below you will find our standard turnaround estimates, once the English file has been completed, based on file length. Keep in mind that many files are completed much sooner than the listed estimates.

What Can Affect Turnaround Time?

There are many factors that affect when you receive your file:

• File length
• Audio quality
• Difficulty of content
• Heaviness of accents
• Languages requested (Japanese, German, and Chinese may have longer turnaround times)
