How much does a transcript cost?

We charge just $1.50 USD per audio minute for a standard transcript, with no other hidden fees or charges. We never charge you more for multiple speakers, challenging audio, or accents. All transcripts are completed by our human transcription team. You can place a transcription order here. 

Also, depending on your location and tax laws that may apply to you, Rev can charge sales tax in addition to the purchase price. The amount of tax varies by state and type of service purchased. The final price of the order, including any fees or taxes, will be displayed at checkout. We also offer automated transcription for $0.25 USD per audio minute. Automated transcripts are generated by our industry-leading speech recognition technology. These transcripts are not worked on by humans and are delivered within minutes of your order being placed. The only difference between this service and the Instant First Draft add-on is that automated transcription can be ordered separately from human transcription, while Instant First Drafts are in addition to a human transcription order.
