Below are the steps you need to take in order to connect your Rev and Brightcove accounts.

1. Ensure your Rev account has a payment source
Please note: you will not be able to place orders using the Brightcove integration if you do not have a payment source.
There are two ways to add payment:
- Add a credit card on the Account Billing Settings page
- Fill out this form to become a corporate customer - you'll be billed monthly at the end of the month.
2. Add a New Linked Account on Rev.com
In your Rev Account Settings page, scroll down to “Integration Settings” and click on “Link New Account”.
Select “Brightcove” as the account type.
3. Register Brightcove application
Log in to your Brightcove account and navigate to the “API Authentication” page via the “Admin” menu at the top right corner.
Click “Register New Application”.
Name your application and select at least one account for authorization.
Add the permissions in the screenshot below and click “Save”.

- Ingestion Profiles: Configuration Read, Configuration Read/Write, Read
4. Input Brightcove credentials
Copy the “ClientID” and “Client Secret” from your Brightcove account to your Rev account.
Navigate to the “Account Information” page via the “Admin” menu at the top right corner.
Copy the “Account ID” from your Brightcove account to your Rev account.
Click “Link” to finish setting up your Brightcove integration. Your Rev account is now connected to your Brightcove account and you are ready to submit Brightcove videos to Rev.
