File Management
Over time, managing files and summaries across teams is complex without easy-to-use file management tools. Voicehub File Management gives individuals, teams, and departments the tools to manage their files and folders securely with ease.
Voicehub simplifies organizing files and teams via workspaces, folders, and search capabilities to focus collaboration and synthesis on an easily discoverable set of source materials.
Files and Folders
Files within a workspace can be organized into folders, moved, and renamed to ensure the file is easily retrievable with a recognizable name in a sensible location. All files and folders are available on the web portal and mobile app.
Workspaces
Voicehub is organized into workspaces. Workspaces are permission-based spaces that store folders and files for individuals, teams, and departments. They are available in the navigation menus on both the mobile app and the browser app.
Every user has access to workspaces for the files they create and the files others have shared with them. Organizations can create Shared Workspaces for collaboration.
Sharing
Voicehub files and folders can be shared via a link or by adding a file or folder to a shared workspace. Files have an access control list that is accessible from the file details page. The access control list displays the individuals and groups who are able to access the file and their role. Sharing a folder shares all of the files contained within the folder and any subfolders.
Search
File search finds the file(s) that contain the text and/or file name that best matches a set of keywords provided.
Editor
Voicehub Editor includes several features to make finalizing your task as quick and easy as possible by focusing on accurately completing your task as quickly as possible.
The Voicehub Editor is a web-based text editor designed to facilitate interactions with media transcripts, captions and summaries. It enables you to view, share, and edit transcript or caption files linked to your original media and summaries of the content. Suitable for meetings, podcasts, lectures, or interviews, the editor synchronizes media playback, highlighting each word as it's spoken.
Playback / Read-Along
Synchronize your media playback with text, highlighting words as they're spoken for an immersive read-along experience. Navigate quickly with click-to-play capability and keyboard shortcuts.
Edits and Corrections
Voicehub Editor allows you to make edits and corrections to the transcript and summaries to make sure every file is complete and ready to be shared, published or saved for future reference.

Effortlessly manage speaker identities within a file by identifying, assigning and editing them.
Markups

Advanced Summaries and Summary Builder
Advanced Summaries provides you with access to a library of predefined summary templates created by Rev. These ‘system templates’ are designed to enable you to get immediate value by performing different types of summarization (meeting notes, sales calls, etc.) out of the box.
Summary Builder is a tool that enables you to leverage the power of Large Language Models (LLMs) to create custom summary templates. Summary Builder uses a building block approach to assemble individually curated LLM prompts (e.g. AI Blocks) into a Summary Template.
The Rev AI Chatbot saves you time by enabling you to ask the chatbot to generate insights and create meeting artifacts.
Meetings
Rev Notetaker is an AI meeting assistant that automatically joins meetings on your behalf to take detailed notes and create summaries with action items.
Calendar Integration
Rev Notetaker enables you to integrate your calendars with your Rev account. Once connected you can view a daily agenda of meetings and configure which meetings you want Notetaker to join and take notes. Rev Notetaker integrates with Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook.
