How do I place an order using a URL?

To place an order for captions using web links, visit https://www.rev.com/services/closed-captioning-services and click the purple Caption Your Video button. On the next page, click the purple Paste A URL button under the option on the right, Share a link to a public web address.

A screen will pop up for you to paste the URLs to your public files. Simply copy the entire URL directly from the address bar on your browser, then paste the URL into the window.

Multiple videos? No problem! Make sure you hit the enter button and paste each URL on a separate line. You may upload up to 20 GB worth of files at a time.

We accept all major video file formats and can output caption files in the format you need for your system. Keep in mind that the URL must be publicly accessible and downloadable in order to work. We cannot accept password-protected, private, or download disabled links.
