How do I order captions from Kaltura MediaSpace?
Below are the steps you need to take in order to order captions from Kaltura MediaSpace. Please note: your systems administrator must install the Rev KMS plugin first.

1. Navigate to the video you want to caption and choose 'Order Captions' from the Actions menu
2. Click the blue "Order Captions" button
3. Track your caption order progress
After placing the order, you'll see a message that your order is in progress.
When the order is complete, you'll see a message telling you that the caption file has been uploaded to the video.
