If you submit a file that's entirely in a different language, we will cancel that file and issue a full refund for it.
If you submit a mixed language file that has non-English dialogue but also has some English in it, we will transcribe the English and note the other language with a timestamp, but the other language will not be transcribed.
Please note that if there is an interpreter speaking in the file, the non-English will not be timestamped.
