You can easily share your transcript from our online transcript editor. This allows others to view and/or edit the transcript in the editor, which makes for easy collaboration.
Sharing links will allow recipients to also export the transcript. Transcripts exported from our editor in .docx or .pdf will contain links back to the editor. These exports will retain the same level of permission given (editing or view only).
Please keep in mind that once shared, access to a transcript cannot be revoked and the link cannot be deactivated. Transcripts should only be shared with trusted individuals.
To share a transcript, open the transcript editor by clicking the file name on the Workspace page then click the purple Share button in the upper right corner of the editor.
In the pop-up that appears, you can either send an email with a link to the transcript by filling out the form and clicking the purple Share button or click the Get Shareable link to generate a link to the transcript. You can also choose whether you want the person to have View Only or Can Edit access.
Please ensure you're working in Firefox or Chrome - if you run into any trouble, try clearing your browser's cookies/cache and restarting to see if that resolves the issue.
You can easily share your caption file from our online caption editor. This allows others to edit the captions in the editor, which makes for easy collaboration.
Open the captions editor by clicking the file name on the Workspace page then click the grey Share button in the upper right corner of the editor.
In the pop-up that appears, click the black Copy button to copy the link. Please keep in mind that anyone with this link will be able to view, edit, and download the caption file.
You can easily share your subtitles file from our online subtitles editor. This allows others to edit the subtitles in the editor, which makes for easy collaboration.
Open the subtitles editor by clicking the file name on the Workspace page then click the grey Share button in the upper right corner of the editor.
