Placing An Order With A Local File

Transcription     

To order human transcription, visit the Human Transcription Service page and click the purple Get Transcripts button. On the next page, click the purple Upload Files button. A window will appear for you to select your audio/video file from your computer. You can add multiple files to a single order.

Once you've uploaded your file(s), you can select any of our optional add-on services

Click the purple Checkout button, enter your payment information, and click Place Order to complete the process. After your order is placed, you can add glossary terms and speaker names to your order.

Please note, your cart is cache-based so it can only be seen from the browser it was uploaded from. You will not be able to see your cart items if you try to access them on another browser or device or if you clear your browser's cache and cookies.  

Captions     

To order Captions, visit the Captions Service page and click the purple Caption Your Video button. On the next page, click the purple Upload Files button. A window will appear for you to select your audio/video from your computer. You can add multiple files to a single order.

You can either drag your file on the screen or click the Select Files to Upload in the center of the box. Once you've added your file(s), click the purple Upload button in the lower right.

Once you've uploaded your file(s), you can select any of our optional add-on services

Choose the output format you wish to receive (you can always change this later) and add a reference name to the order if desired.

Subtitles     

To order Subtitles, visit the Global Subtitles Service page and click the purple Place Order button. On the next page, click the purple Upload Files button. A window will appear for you to select your audio/video file from your computer. You can add multiple files to a single order.

You can either drag your file on the screen or click the purple Choose Files button. Once you've added your file(s), click the purple Upload button in the lower right.

When the file has been uploaded, choose the language(s) and output format you wish to receive. Click here for a list of languages we offer for subtitling. You can always download other formats later, so don't worry too much about which format you choose. Click the purple Checkout button, enter your payment information, and click Place Order to complete the process.
