Downloading Your Original Audio/Video File

You can download the media file you sent to us from your order page, which can be accessed from your Order History.

1. Navigate to your Order History.
2. Click the order number for the file you wish to download.
3. Scroll down below your list of completed transcripts for that order until you see Original Documents.
4. Click the name of the file to begin downloading.
