If you're having difficulty submitting your service agreement to complete your application, there are a few recommended steps you can take to get the issue resolved, and your application submitted.
Difficulty ticking the acceptance box and submitting the agreement is generally caused by one of two issues.
1 - The first is that the agreement text (inside the box on the submission page) must be scrolled all the way down to the very bottom of the textbox before the checkbox can be ticked and the agreement can be submitted. Not the page itself in the browser, but the actual agreement within the textbox:
2 - The other potential issue is a browser conflict, which could be preventing Captcha from working correctly.
If scrolling all the way to the bottom of the text box doesn't work, try opening the page in another browser. We recommend using Chrome or Firefox. Make sure you're using the most recent version of either of these browsers.
If you've already closed the application, to get back to your Service Agreement Page, first, go to the freelancer application page again and then enter your details and click next. You'll receive an email with a link to pick your application up where you left off.
Make sure to open the link in either, the latest version of Chrome, or Firefox, and then attempt to submit the service agreement again (making sure to follow the directions shown above).
If the above steps don't work, please go ahead and take a screenshot of the error you're seeing on the Service Agreement page. Attach the screenshot to an email to support@rev.com, along with the following info:
- The Operating System you're using.
- The Browser/s you've used.
- The versions of the browsers you've tried.
Our Support Team Will review the issue and will get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.
