How can I cancel my Rev Max subscription?
We appreciate you giving our new subscription model a try! We understand that needs change or maybe this wasn't the ideal time to continue your subscription. Canceling is easy, and here's how you can do it:
How to cancel
To schedule cancellation before 12 AM on your next renewal date, visit your Manage Subscription page and click on Modify Subscription. It will be in the top section of the page, to the right of your "minutes used" circle. If you intend to cancel, be sure to do so before the renewal date, and not on the renewal date. A prompt will appear asking for confirmation. Be sure to click on "I'm Sure" to confirm your wish to cancel.
Note that canceling is a scheduled event (automatically set for your next renewal date), which means your subscription will remain active until the next renewal date; you will not be charged again once you schedule the cancellation. This is similar to other paid subscriptions or membership services.
When is my next renewal date?
If you're not sure when you're going to be billed next, we have this information conveniently placed on the Manage Subscription page, on the left side, and on your home screen. Rev will process the subscription payment at 12 AM Pacific Time on that specified date. Whether you're on a recurring subscription or have just started your trial, your next date to be charged automatically will be listed here.
I forgot to cancel before my trial ended
Every first-time subscription is given a 14-day trial, free of charge. Part of the trial agreement is to be billed on a specified date when the 14 days have passed. If you failed to schedule your cancellation before the activation date, we are not able to refund the month of subscription. However, you may schedule cancellation to occur before the next renewal.
Refunds for canceled subscriptions
A month of subscription is paid in advance and will remain active until the next renewal date even if you've scheduled to cancel. Because your subscription access will remain open, we are not able to issue a refund for activated or recurring subscriptions. We do not offer prorated refunds for subscriptions and refunds cannot be issued for unused services.
